Organic dried chickpeas are grown on our land. Belonging to the legume family, they are among the most consumed, but above all rich in beneficial nutrients. They contain fiber and vegetable proteins, as well as Omega 3 fatty acids, mineral salts (magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and iron) and vitamins (A, C, many of the B group). Thanks to their energetic properties (316 Kcal / 100 g) they have been used since ancient times in various preparations. Chickpeas are excellent for the preparation of first courses (soups, purées, soups, pasta and chickpeas), side dishes (alone or mix of vegetables with simple condiments, soups, meatballs, hamburgers, spreads) and to accompany boiled fish or grilled. Chickpeas can be ground to obtain chickpea flour, which is widely used in numerous recipes for baked goods. Chickpeas do not contain gluten and are therefore also suitable for those suffering from celiac disease.
