Wholemeal durum wheat semolina
The whole durum wheat semolina “Cappelli” is obtained exclusively for stone grinding durum wheat “Senator Cappelli” deriving from our crops in Molise . This ancient grinding technique allows to obtain a semolina of high quality with irregular granulometry, which entirely preserves every part of the grain, in particular the bran and the wheat germ. Furthermore, the reduced grinding speed avoids overheating, preserving its organoleptic qualities in the best possible way.
The “Cappelli” durum wheat is considered the ancestor of the current durum wheat, not contaminated by mutagenesis. Therefore, a product that has not undergone genetic modifications, in order not to give up traditional flavor and content in favor of a high yield. The low gluten content (but high percentages of lipids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals) guarantees an easy digestibility ed assimilation . The fiber contained in the bran, which surrounds the grain, is an excellent remedy for constipation .

Ideal for preparing bread, pasta, pizza and desserts.
Storage: For a good duration of the product and to fully enjoy the fragrance, it is recommended to store it in a cool (not in the fridge) and dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight. The expiry date refers to the unopened product, properly stored. Since these are products based on plant extracts, the organoleptic characteristics may vary slightly from batch to batch.
