How to use it: we recommend preparing the herbal tea according to the instructions on the packet and drinking it as needed, preferably before going to bed.

Eschscholzia californica herb TT, lemon balm leaves TT, verbena odorosa leaves TT, lavender officinale flowers worlds, orange flowers.

Bring 200 ml of water to the boil and pour in 1 teaspoon of the mixture. Cover and leave to infuse with the flame off for about 10 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve and drink when needed.
