Mix 1 g (daily dose) of Vitamin C with 50 ml of warm water and 2 g (daily dose) of Potassium Citrate in a glass of water or in a drink or smoothie.
Take preferably on a full stomach.

In fact, potassium citrate is a mineral salt consisting of citric acid and potassium. For this reason, a daily dose of 2 grams/day contains “only” 718 mg elemental potassium, the remainder being “citrate”.
