You can pay for your orders placed on our site by the following payment methods:

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or PAYPAL ACCOUNT

Using this method you can pay with your Visa Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Postepay and American Express.

PayPal is an internationally recognised company that offers a valid solution for online payment, used every day by individuals and companies worldwide. PayPal will immediately debit the amount for the purchase made, without any additional charge to you.

Once you have entered the correct information and authorised PayPal or your cards to debit the amount, the order will be completed and we will proceed with its processing and shipment.

BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE

You can also proceed with your purchase by choosing payment by ‘Advance Bank Transfer’. In this case, as in the case of Cash on Delivery, the order will be held until we receive proof of payment. The bank transfer receipt must be sent by e-mail to contatti@benessnece.it within and no later than 3 working days from the date of issue of the order. After this deadline, the order shall be automatically cancelled. The order will be processed and shipped only after the confirmation of crediting to the current account of Natura S.r.l. of the amount paid. The payment must be made to the following bank details:

The reason for the bank transfer must state:

> the order reference number

> the date the order was placed

> name and surname of the order holder

COD (Only for deliveries on Italian territory)

For orders of less than €100 and with delivery within the Italian territory, you can choose cash on delivery. During the purchase finalisation phase, any additional contribution to the total amount will be indicated. C.O.D. payments are subject to an additional charge, the amount of which is always specified and indicated before the purchase. C.O.D. payments must be made exclusively with cash to the courier upon delivery.

GPay and Apple pay

Now payment has become even easier! You can also conveniently pay via your Google pay or Apple pay. Depending on your device, the appropriate payment method will automatically appear!
