What to do if you are not Satisfied with an Item?

For us at Natura Srl, your satisfaction is the basis of our return policy.

Thanks to Natura Srl’s Satisfied or Refunded policy, you can return items that you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. Once the goods have been returned we will proceed with the refund, but remember that shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded!

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations, within the term of fourteen (14) working days from the delivery of the purchased products, verifiable by the courier’s receipt. This right is not valid for purchases in which the Customer is a business, the purchased goods are for commercial use of the business and he/she requires invoicing.

Any delay in returning the products by the customer excludes him/her from the right to receive a refund. Within 10 days of receipt at our premises of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount of the order (excluding shipping costs) by non-transferable bank cheque or bank transfer.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

In the event that the goods received are incorrect or have defects/damage, remember to report this within 14 days of delivery. One of our operators will organise (at our expense) the dispatch of replacement items and the collection of the incorrect/defective goods. 

Place the items to be returned in their original, sealed packaging, complete with any certificates, instructions, etc., and hand them over to the courier when the replacement goods are delivered – we’ll take care of the rest!
